CheckFlow Pro stores contacts, bank references, checks and drafts inside this browser's local IndexedDB database. The app does not send that information to a CheckFlow cloud database. Access therefore depends primarily on the security of the computer, its operating-system account, browser profile, malware protection and disk security. Exported backups are also under your control.

No central CheckFlow customer database is required. Data is stored in this browser's IndexedDB. Your operating-system login is one access barrier, but this app does not separately encrypt IndexedDB. For stronger protection, use a private OS account, full-disk encryption, current malware protection and secure handling of exported backups.
Enter this directly on each Outgoing Check or Client Draft. It can contain any text you want, or be left blank.
Your supplied PDF reveals the Covix MICR string as O20208O T066002194T 0011273022O. V5.1 therefore defaults to O for On-Us and T for Transit, matching that real check.
Logo & Print Calibration
Optional. The image is stored locally in IndexedDB and appears in the same position as the logo in the reference PDF.
The default coordinates already match the supplied PDF. Use these only if your printer shifts the entire page or MICR line.
